1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BeardStylesForMen at https://beardstylesformen.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase credits. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may make a purchase only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

3. The Service and AI-generated designs

BeardStylesForMen provides face-shape analysis, beard-style guidance, and AI-generated visual previews. Face-shape results and beard recommendations are styling estimates, not medical, identity, or professional grooming advice. Lighting, camera angle, facial expression, hair density, and other factors can affect both the analysis and the generated image.

AI output is generated automatically and may contain visual imperfections. We do not guarantee that a generated design can be reproduced exactly by a barber or that facial hair will grow in the same pattern. Use the result as a visual reference rather than a guarantee of a particular real-world outcome.

4. Your photos and content

You retain ownership of the photo you submit. You give us a limited license to process that photo only as needed to provide the design you request and to operate the related temporary processing infrastructure. This license ends when the associated temporary processing is complete, subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to submit the photo. Do not upload an image of another person without their permission. You must not submit illegal content or use the Service to impersonate, harass, or misrepresent another person.

5. Credits, prices, and use

Face-shape analysis and style matching are free. New eligible Google accounts may receive 10 trial credits. Each requested AI beard generation costs 10 credits.

• Starter: $19.90 USD for 100 credits.
• Pro: $49.90 USD for 700 credits.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 30 days.
• Credit packs do not renew automatically and create no recurring subscription.
• Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees under its own terms.

Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value account, and cannot be transferred except as required by law or expressly approved by us.

6. Payments, cancellation, and refunds

PayPal processes payments. PayPal receives the payment information needed to complete your transaction, and its own terms and privacy policy apply. We receive a payment record containing the order, plan, amount, currency, status, and related transaction identifiers.

You may cancel checkout before confirming payment by closing the PayPal window or using PayPal's cancel option. A cancelled checkout should not create a charge. Because credit packs do not renew, there is no later charge to cancel after a completed one-time purchase.

Refund eligibility, request instructions, and the treatment of used credits are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use and AIGC content standards

The Service includes an AI image-generation feature. You may use it only to create lawful beard-style previews for a person whose photo you are authorized to submit. The following content standards apply to every photo, instruction, request, generated result, and use of a result.

Prohibited content and uses

You must not submit, request, create, attempt to create, share through the Service, or use the Service in connection with:

1. Pornography or NSFW content. No sexually explicit material, nudity, sexualized imagery, fetish content, sexual services, or other adult content.
2. Violence or graphic content. No graphic violence, blood, gore, severe injury, mutilation, threats, glorification of violence, or content that encourages harm to a person or animal.
3. Hate speech. No content that promotes hatred, dehumanizes, degrades, threatens, or incites discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation. No sexualized depiction of a minor, child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or any other content that is unsafe for children. We have zero tolerance for this category and may report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities and service providers.
5. Deepfakes, impersonation, or non-consensual likeness. No deceptive alteration of another person's image, fake identity, political or commercial deception, harassment, or use of another person's likeness without their permission.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement. No use of a protected image, logo, character, artwork, brand, or other material without the rights or permission required by law.

Reporting prohibited AI content

Report suspected prohibited content or misuse by emailing [email protected] with the subject "AI content report". Include, when available:

• The generated result or page URL.
• The approximate date and time of generation.
• The style selected and a description of the concern.
• The account email or any task, payment, or transaction reference displayed by the Service.

Do not attach a new copy of a source photo unless we request it through a secure method. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. BeardStylesForMen is not an emergency-response service.

Review and enforcement

Reports are reviewed manually. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and will prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats, and other imminent-safety issues. During review, we may examine the report details, available generation status, related account history, and provider records. We may request clarifying information before making a determination.

If we determine that content or activity violates these Terms, we may remove or disable access where technically feasible, block further generations, suspend or terminate the account, refuse a refund where permitted by law, and report the matter to relevant service providers or authorities. We may preserve the minimum information reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, and comply with legal obligations, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Because each generation is initiated by an individual user, results are not all manually pre-screened before display. We review reports, patterns of misuse, and provider or legal notices, and may restrict access while an investigation is pending.

Other prohibited activity

You also agree not to:

• Use the Service to identify a person, make medical decisions, or make decisions about a person's employment, credit, housing, or another high-impact matter.
• Attempt to bypass payment, credit limits, authentication, rate limits, content controls, or other technical safeguards.
• Interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to place excessive load on the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for sign-in, hosting, payment processing, image generation, and file transfer. These currently include Google, Cloudflare, PayPal, and Kie.ai. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability. We are not responsible for interruptions or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, written content, design, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to BeardStylesForMen and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, you may download and share a generated design for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the Service itself as your own.

10. Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and scheduled or unscheduled outages may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeardStylesForMen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security harm, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact us to request account deletion or help with an unresolved transaction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
