Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Purchases and pricing

BeardStylesForMen sells one-time credit packs through PayPal:

• Starter: $19.90 USD for 100 credits.
• Pro: $49.90 USD for 700 credits.

Each AI beard generation costs 10 credits. Face-shape analysis and style matching are free. New eligible Google accounts may receive 10 trial credits. Credit packs are valid for 30 days and do not renew automatically.

2. Cancellation

Because credit packs are one-time purchases, there is no recurring subscription to cancel and no future automatic charge. If you close the PayPal checkout or use PayPal's cancel option before approving payment, the order should be cancelled without a charge.

If PayPal shows a completed payment that you did not intend to make, contact us promptly with the PayPal order or transaction ID so we can investigate before the credits are used.

3. Refunds for unused credits

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that credit pack have been used. After we verify the account and payment, we will refund the purchase price to the original PayPal payment method.

If some, but not all, credits from a pack have been used, contact us and we will review the unused balance. We may refund the unused portion after deducting the value of generations already delivered. Refunds are not available merely because an AI result differs from a personal expectation when the requested design was successfully delivered.

4. Failed or undelivered generations

If a generation fails and no beard design is delivered, contact us with the approximate time of the attempt and the email address on your account. We will verify the generation status and restore the 10 credits where an eligible failure is confirmed.

A design that is successfully generated and displayed is considered delivered even if you later decide not to download or share it.

5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without authorization, contact us immediately. We will compare the PayPal transaction with our payment records. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded to the original payment method. You may also contact PayPal or your card issuer, but please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" and include:

• The email address used for your BeardStylesForMen account.
• The PayPal order or transaction ID.
• The purchase date, plan, and amount.
• A short explanation of the request.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to PayPal promptly. The time for the funds to appear depends on PayPal and your payment provider and may take several business days.

7. Chargebacks and consumer rights

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we have an opportunity to correct the problem. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right available under applicable law.
